Justin Came Home with... Crabs!!
Justin recently went on a 3 day trip to Seattle for work (and some play). He had a great time playing and exploring the city. He called me while eating bagel and lox and enjoying a cup of Seattle Java on the 30th floor over looking the harbor. Ahh.. the life :-) 
Being the huge seafood fan that he is, the Pike Place Fish Market was almost too much for him to take in. He was so excited that he got up at 5:00am the morning of his flight and went to get coolers packed to bring home to us. King crab, dungeness crab, and smoked salmon. My parents got in to Houston a couple of hours before his flight and we prepared for a good ole fashion crab boil! The crabs were huge. We spread out on the back deck
(thanks to my new table from my Ma). Enjoyed with baby red potatoes and sweet corn on the cob. The funniest part was we only had one crab cracker but it was a great time.. and such a sweet delicious meal. Justin bought so much crab that we were able to make crab cakes the next night.. delicious as well. I guess its okay for my husband to come home from a business trip with crabs :-)
