Raleigh and Oyster in Houston
Raleigh and Oyster got there first Houston haircuts this week. Justin called around until he found a groomer at PetSmart who "specialized" in Springer cuts. I will say that they look mighty fine with their new do's. However, neither were thrilled with the boys she put in their hair! Especially Raleigh who sports a camo collar when she is going casual for the day and they were pink to top it off! Needless to say, by the time I got home from work, Raleigh only had 1 bow left but princess had both of hers in. She is a little more dainty than my rough houser Raleigh. They are adjusting well to life here. They have a great backyard with a tree, and a little shed to run around and under. We are surrounded by labs on all three sides of the back fence. Buster - who sounds like a wart hog is the black lab behind us. He is known for busting boards on the fence. He and Oyster run up and down the fence at each other all day long. We also have a great park across the street where they can run free and get excercise off the leash.
There favorite place in the house is our guest
bedroom. The front window looks out at the street and the park across the street. They lay on the bed all day while Justin works (he works from home) and watch the window. They let him know everytime a car, bird, squirrel, dog, runner, etc comes by the window. They really love it when the flag football and soccer games are going on in the park. You can often walk by and see there little bottoms just a wagging looking out the window at the excitement! Justin was on the phone with a CEO last week and they started going crazy. The guy was like "Do you have dogs in your office?" Oops.. puppies had to head out back after that!
